Robert Jones  in the parish of Overton on 21 July 1769 in the afternoon broke into the dwelling house of Edward Edwards and stole 1 cotton gown (value 12/-); 1 black waistcoat (value 3/-); a pair of cloth breeches (value 3/-) and a pair of leather breeches (value 2/-) (WALES 4/1008/4).  His execution was respited (WALES 14/85).  Unlikely to have hanged.  Probably the same as the following.
